The lime kiln is located about 2 km from the village towards Leskovec. It was built in 1912, from the gross quarry stone for burning limestone, The inner lining is brick, and the walls are 1 m wide. The height and width is approximately 4 m.
The present relief of the landscape around the Slezská Harta is strongly influenced by Quaternary volcanic activity. The area belongs to the Low Jeseník geomorphologic unit, which is one of the oldest geological units in Central Europe.
The dam Slezská Harta, with its natural assets, and thanks to effort of local villages, region and private investors has ambition to become a tourist area of the European meaning.
